Hui Qin needs help for Cord Blood Transplantation
This is an email that I just sent out to all my friends. If you just happen to chance upon this website, please help if you can.
~~ ** ~~
Dear friends,
I just called Mr. Yap and confirmed Hui Qin's state. She is DIRE need of help. Big or small, please consider chipping in. Small amounts from lots of people will help ensure that Hui Qin gets a new life. Imagine, your RM100 (USD26.31) can help tremendously. 100 people contributing RM100, there's RM10,000 already! But it could be just RM50 or even RM20....but make sure you ask as many people to help as possible.
Take heed of the quote from Sir Winston Churchhill that I want to share with all of you here.
"We make a LIVING by what we GET, we make a LIFE by what we GIVE".
So, give and you will get, guys......
I'll stop here before I launch into something religious.... :-)
p.s. If you're wondering why there's no 'to' field in the attached emails, that's because I deleted them....to protect the emails of those who have received this email before this. Believe me, this email just started going out 27th March and her operation is scheduled for May/June 2005. We don't have a lot of time.....

In my very strong opinion, banking cord blood should not be controversial what-so-ever. In fact, due to the benefits the cord blood may one day offer if ever necessary, banking it should become a requirement or automatic. The only thing that should be controversial is the COST involved. It's to bad that it's so expensive because everyone should do it and so many can't afford it.
